It’s a great downtown studio with some desirable updates. The floor plan is open, and the owner added some very nice features. This building does not allow short-term rentals. It has incredible amenities: a fitness center, club room with pool table, outdoor patio with gas grills, pet walk area, lobby, and front desk person. If you need an affordable place downtown, here it is!! There is an extra storage locker in the basement. Updates and Improvements 1. The old PTAC has been replaced with baseboard steam heat and an easy-to-replace mini PTAC heat pump. It is the most efficient one in the building. 2. The old microwave was replaced with a Kitchen Aid convection microwave oven. 3. One kitchen cabinet has been upgraded with a wet cabinet that will allow dishes to dry in the cabinet. 4. The bathroom walls have been textured.
